This person will be working on the North American branch marketing enablement team helping strategize and operate on marketing campaigns for this global bank at different branch locations, focusing on the customer journey for 2000 branch locations. The teams focus is on banch experience and customer journey to drive customer acquisition and retention. This team is product agnostic; they do not market a specific product. Instead, the enablement comes in when those product marketers have a campaign that they are putting out into the world with goals, targets, wanting a customer to physically come into the bank branch. They will develop a strategy for how to best merchandise the branches based on location and demographic of customers. The goal is to cross sell on additional products when customers are physically in the branch location. 3 parts: Operations, Strategy, and branch launch campaign to drive net new customers (acquisition).

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience as a marketing manager focusing on merchandising in a physical retail location
- Traditional advertising and marketing campaigns (social, digital, direct mail)
- 70% of the mandate is merchandising operations and strategy behind customer journeys in a physical store/branch
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel with presentation skills
- Highly strategic role who can identify a problem ideate how to find a solution to it and pull in the right people to resolve around marketing localization and customer journeys
- Develop templates that are on brand based on a location and demographic of customer
o ex) branch near college campus offering student segment offers and discounts
- Work extensively with product marketers to localize marketing so that it controls the brand and compliant from regulatory perspective
- Strategic expectations:
o Understanding of customer journey mapping and merchandising
o Understanding customer behaviors in person vs. on their phone
