Remote OnBase Product Analyst

A healthcare revenue cycle company is seeking a remote Consulting OnBase Product Analyst.
Independent, innovative, creative, self-managing individual with the ability to succeed with only general directions.
Creates a joint vision for IT solutions by maintaining strong relationships with business unit and Solution Leader and assists in preparing and presenting the value proposition or business case.
Creates deliverables independently or with the team and manages approvals. Provides coaching, technical, functional guidance on specific project deliverables.
Provides expertise in process design and provides leadership in communicating requirements to product development, testing, and education/training.
Builds strong and diverse network of relationships with various stakeholder groups. Identifies impact to other solutions or projects, and works with other team members and stakeholders to identify options and recommendations.
Provides operational support in addition to project efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience: Minimum 5-7 years with a strong understanding of OnBase Workflow architecture, forms, import/export, security and role-specific needs for Workflow Solutions.
Clinical Knowledge: Familiarity with various HIS systems (e.g., Meditech, Epic) and understanding HL7 clinical documentation and RCM processes.
Nonclinical Knowledge: Ability to digest information from different integration partners (in-house development teams who need to integrate with OnBase) and understand workflow processes like how to validate Workflow for routine tasks, troubleshooting, reporting and optimal user experience of implemented solution(s).
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge in studios (lifecycle/rules), code files, and dips (intake documents for images, scanning, mailbox, faxing solutions).
Integration Skills: Experience with existing solutions and new integrations within the OnBase system. Able to support and maintain OnBase Workflow environment and enhancements.
