Our client is looking for a Technical Project Manager to plan/map out and lead the customer data privacy organization in migrating all applications from on-prem to cloud. This position will support over 50 different applications (and their managers) in their efforts of ensuring all customer data privacy laws are followed while going from on-prem to cloud.
Responsibilities:
Define the technical project scope and deliverables and align them with the business goals and objectives of the Customer Data Privacy Team.
Develop and maintain the technical project plan, which outlines specific project tasks, milestone dates, and deliverables, and communicate it to all stakeholders.
Lead the project team members and coordinate their activities, ensuring they follow the company policies and procedures, and adhere to the project timeline, budget, and scope.
Identify, analyze, mitigate, and proactively respond to project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Monitor and report on the project progress, status, quality, and performance to the project sponsor, senior management, and other relevant parties.
Manage the technical aspects of the on-premise to cloud (GCP) migration, such as hardware and software installation, upgrades, site maintenance, development, testing, deployment, and documentation.
Collaborate with other technical project managers, product managers, developers, testers, analysts, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure a successful project delivery and integration with other systems and platforms.
Provide technical guidance and support to the project team members and resolve any technical challenges or problems that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Conduct post-project evaluation and lessons learned sessions to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
