Research Associate II - Cancer Immunology

A Research Associate II position is available in the Department of Immuno-Oncology. This is a fast-paced lab that aims to novel cancer immunotherapy approaches. This position would be for a research team member to perform animal studies and immune analyses. New personnel will be trained on custom developed animal protocols and immune analysis pipelines.

As a successful candidate, your key responsibilities would include:

• Tumor inoculations and measurements in animals

• Animal tissues processing and cell subsets isolation

• Flow cytometry-based assays for immune analysis

• Bulk RNA and DNA isolation for next-generation sequencing

• Single cell RNA sequencing library preparation

• Facilitate routine laboratory maintenance and organization

• Essential functions include: communication, collaboration initiative, professionalism, stewardship, and teamwork



• Bachelor's degree. Masters degree preferred

• 2+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 1+ year related experience with a Master's degree.
