The Resident Care Manager (RCM) / Director of Nursing (DON) will manage administration and operation of personal care facility. We are seeking a personable, enthusiastic, and dynamic Licensed Nurse (RN) to uphold the quality of resident care in one of our beautiful Personal Care Homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans, develops, organizes, and coordinates all aspects of the Nursing department
• Ensure compliance with current applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, regulations, and internal policies and procedures
• Responsibility and oversight of the quality of resident care
• Manages and addresses personnel issues promptly and appropriately, working with the Human Resources Department and the Executive Director
• Acts as the Executive Director in his/her absence
• Manage and recruit staffing and ensure staffing needs are met
• Lead and participate in monthly nursing meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have an active Nursing License
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Personal Care setting, preferred but not required
• Knowledge of memory care is a plus
