Earn $16.91/hour or $18.91/hour with the selection of the Enhanced Pay option.

Position Details

Schedule: 3p-11p with rotating weekends

Our residential workers provide for the safety and welfare of all consumers in the personal care home, supporting their mental and physical well-being. They carry out direct care responsibilities while participating in and following the treatment planning process.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Help develop and implement activities and other special projects designed to strengthen independent and community living skills and socialization/leisure time.
• Build on strengths to promote positive growth for the consumer.
• Engage consumers in appropriate life skills to develop abilities to live as independently as possible.
• Accompany consumers on trips outside the facilities for treatment, medical appointments, or any other appropriate activities.
