Earn $16.91/hour or $18.91/hour with the selection of Enhanced Pay

Position Details

Shift: 1st shift with weekends

The residential worker plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of consumers within the residential program. This includes addressing both mental and physical health needs. The residential worker actively engages in direct care responsibilities and collaborates with the treatment planning process.

• Assist in developing and implementing activities and other special projects designed to increase skills in independent and community living, socialization/leisure time.
• Build on strengths to promote positive growth for the consumer.
• Engage consumers in appropriate life skills to develop abilities to live as independently as possible.
• Accompany consumers on trips outside the facilities for treatment medical or any other appropriate reasons.
