Job Summary:

We need strong team members to help our retail operations. You will provide our guests our service culture of S.M.I.L.E - Southern Hospitality, Make a Moment, Individuals Matter, Listen & Learn, and Empowerment. This role also collaborates with Retail Leads to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Promote our brand and product in a positive and enthusiastic manner
  • Engage our guests to create a unique and individualized experience
  • Greet, sell and up-sell Hawks merchandise to our guests
  • Open and close our retail stores while handling an accurate bank and store keys
  • Control and maintain accurate merchandise inventory
  • Assist store associates to maximize sales potential
  • Assist Retail Leads in store operations
  • Maintain a clean and sterile work environment for the health and safety of team members and guests


Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to different guest interactions and situations
  • Willingness to learn and be able to work well within a team
  • Punctuality and reliability are a must
  • Outstanding and welcoming personality and work ethic
  • Flexible schedule and ability to work late hours, weekends, long nights, and holidays. Must have availability to work 80% of scheduled events monthly
  • Other duties as assigned


Education and Experience:
  • Previous cash and credit card handling with a POS system experience is preferred


Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
  • Ability to stand for 4+ hours during shifts
  • Must have reliable transportation
