What the Retail Warehouse Brand Ambassador will be responsible for :

We need strong leaders to help our retail operations. You will guide our Brand Ambassadors in our service culture of S.M.I.L.E - Southern Hospitality, Make a Moment, Individuals Matter, Listen & Learn, and Empowerment. This role also collaborates with managers to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What the Retail Warehouse Brand Ambassador will be responsible for:

• Promote our brand and product in a positive and enthusiastic manner
• Control and maintain accurate merchandise inventory
• Accurately physically count and tag merchandise
• Assist Retail Managers and Lead Ambassadors in-store operations
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment for the health and safety of team members and guests
• Other duties as assigned

What the Retail Warehouse Brand Ambassador needs to have:

• Strategic thinking, creative problem solving, and the ability to multi-task are a must
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and be able to work well within a team
• Must be punctual and reliable
• Outstanding and welcoming personality and work ethic
• Flexible schedule and ability to work late hours, weekends, long nights, and holidays. Must have availability to work 80% of scheduled events monthly

Education and Experience:

• Previous credit card handling with a POS system experience is preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
• Ability to stand for 4+ hours during shifts
