Job Overview:

This is an exciting time to be at Arm as our business continues to grow and evolve to be ready for the next stage. The Revenue Accounting Manager will report to the Director of Revenue Accounting and be a leader in a fast-moving, multinational Revenue Accounting & Reporting team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain revenue policies & procedures. Lead writing and review of technical position papers
  • Develop and maintain appropriate SOX compliance for internal controls
  • Assist management with month end and quarter end revenue close processes
  • Be an agent for implementing new insights and process improvements in an increasingly complex business
  • Co-ordinate with internal and external auditors for smooth and timely close of audits
  • Mentor, lead, and develop revenue team members in UK, India, and US, technical revenue knowledge and training

Required Skills and Experien ce:
  • Strong understanding and extensive hands-on experience in practical application of revenue accounting under ASC 606 and IFRS 15 in a software/licensing industries and capable of writing technical memos
  • Confident presenting across both finance and non-finance groups and is able to communicate across multiple levels in the organization
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced company with strong work ethic and appetite for inspiring change and making a difference
  • Excellent teamwork and ability to interact with all organization levels and team members in multiple locations and time zones
  • ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification. Experienced in US filings and/or UK filings requirements


“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in using SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) and SalesForce
  • Interest and experience supporting commercial sales activities such as contract review, negotiation support, and revenue forecasting
  • IP licensing and semi-conductor knowledge, a plus


Salary Range:

From:$143,458.00

To: $194,091.00
