Insight Global is seeking a skilled RF System Engineer to design and develop RF systems and components, including transmitters, receivers, antennas, and amplifiers, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to specifications. This role involves creating, reviewing, and updating RFDS based on design and market requirements. Responsibilities include preparing detailed technical documentation, reports, and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and design specifications to stakeholders and project teams. The position also requires uploading to ATOLL, encompassing data scrubbing, re-push, Unity updates, Magenta Built updates, and ensuring data integrity. Additionally, the role involves generating status reports, attending vendor meetings for updates on builds, and conducting iBwave design reviews. The engineer will utilize RF simulation and modeling software tools to predict system behavior, analyze performance parameters, and optimize designs. Comprehensive testing, analysis, and optimization of RF systems are essential to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance meet or exceed requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software engineers, and project managers, is crucial for seamless integration of RF components into the overall system architecture. Staying abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in RF engineering, and contributing to ongoing research and development initiatives to enhance product offerings and maintain a competitive advantage, are also key aspects of this role.

Required Skills & Experience
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree (masters or Ph.D.) preferred.
4+ years of experience in RF engineering or a closely related field, with a demonstrated track record of success in designing and optimizing RF systems and components.
Proficiency with design tools such as IBwave and ATOLL.
Experience working with tools and databases specifically Magenta Build, BAT tool, RFDS, and ART
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Proficiency in RF simulation and modeling software tools (e.g., ADS, CST Microwave Studio, HFSS) and familiarity with RF test equipment (e.g., spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators).
Strong understanding of RF principles, antenna theory, modulation techniques, and wireless communication protocols (e.g., 5G, GSM, CDMA, LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth).
