A midstream energy provider headquartered in Downtown Houston is seeking a Right of Way Agent to join their team in San Antonio. The Right of Way Agent is responsible for performing land and rights of way acquisition and permitting functions for new construction and operation projects within an assigned location. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports related to easement rights, title updates, landowner claims, and preparing and negotiating legal agreements associated with real property. The Right of Way Agent must be able to interpret complicated provisions contained within legal agreements associated with real property, identify and acquire permits from private, local, state and federal agencies, and investigate, negotiate, settle and issue checks for damage claims. This individual will be working in the office with up to 50% travel (occasional travel) from Austin, TX to Corpus Christi.
