Job Description:
Knowledge:
Expert proficiency in BMC Control-M application is mandatory.
Design & Build Enablement, Configuration & Release Management for BMC Control-M application.
Solution Architecture, Responsive and Adaptive Design knowledge with Beginner proficiency

Responsibilities: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build and configure clients applications with BMC Control-M application. You will be expected to follow client specific guidelines and provide Best Practice guidance and solutions across multiple teams for reviewing their requests for setting up jobs in control-M application.
You will be responsible for porting multiple jobs (individual and in bulk batches) to cloud and on-prem applications by using the best practices.
You will also be managing multiple Control M environments and follow SDLC guidelines and will be responsible for assisting in regular patching activities and upgrades.

Job Duties:
Follow client specific guidelines and provide Best Practice guidance and solutions across multiple teams for Control M jobs.
Reviewing requests for setting up, modifying, deleting jobs in non-prod environments, testing with multiple teams and applications, deploying in production environment, monitoring post deployment including troubleshooting. Enhance monitoring processes per client's requirements by following SDLC processes.
Porting multiple jobs (individual and in bulk batches) to cloud and on-prem applications.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity, and stability.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members

• What are must-have skills for this role?
1. Expert in BMC Control-M Administration and Operations: Administering, creation, managing calendars, folders, jobs, reporting, and day-to-day activities. Thorough knowledge of hold, release, demand folders and jobs with predecessors, successors, In and Out conditions. Control-M Agent deployment and monitoring, Error handling, Alert capturing and scripting.
2. Design & Build Enablement, Software Delivery Life Cycle knowledge
3. Configuration & Release Management

1. BMC Control-M: ~10 years
