Float Pool RNs choose a clinical service area in which they work and must meet the requirements for their chosen area. Float Pool RN areas and requirements are as follows:

• Critical Care Float Pool RN - competent to work ICU, ACC (Telemetry), and one of the following areas: ED, PACU, Interventional Radiology, or Outpatient Recovery
• Med/Surg Float Pool RN- competent to work in Med Surg areas: Adult Medical-Surgical (7A, 7B), Oncology (5A), Orthopedics (6B)

Unit/Schedule

• Nursing Float Pool
• Limited 24 hours/week
• 12 hour Night shifts 7p-7a

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the District of Columbia.
• Graduation from an accredited program for Registered Nurses
• 2+ years RN experience in an acute care setting.
• AHA CPR card

Salary Range: Minimum $53.02 per hour - Maximum $53.02 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.JHM prioritizes the health and well-being of every employee.
