Join the dedicated team on Nelson 8, a 23-bed medical unit at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, where you'll care for a diverse mix of complex medical patients, including those with pulmonary, endocrine, GI, renal, cardiac, and neuro conditions. With capacity for 10 telemetry patients, you'll gain invaluable experience managing continuous drips and IV titrations for antiarrhythmics, dopamine, nitroglycerin, heparin, and PCA pumps.

For PRN Shift: Shift: Per diem

• Must work 72 hours in a 6-week schedule (averages to 12 hours per week, but can flex to unit needs)
  • 24 hours must be worked on the weekends
  • Must work 1 summer & 1 winter holiday

• Requirements:
• Associate degree in nursing from an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
• Active BLS via AHA, American Red Cross or Military Training Network at time of hire
• Active Maryland RN or Compact License at time of hire
