RN Supervisor Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervision and support to nursing staff in delivering quality patient care.
  • Oversee and coordinate nursing activities to ensure compliance with healthcare
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments and interventions.
  • Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations governing nursing practices.
  • Implement and maintain high standards of nursing practice and patient safety.


Qualifications of a Registered Nurse Supervisor:

  • Current RN license in the state of New Jersey.
  • Proven experience as a Registered Nurse Supervisor in a nursing home or healthcare setting.
