• Department: Oncology Specialty - LH Health (outpatient)
• Status: Full-time
• Shift: Days (8hr) – 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
• Pay Range*: $56.66 - $82.14
• Bonus: $7,500 sign-on

Position Summary



Supervise, coordinate, and facilitate the front & back-office operations of the clinical cancer infusion sites (2) utilizing the five (5) Simply Better steps with every patient and team member interaction.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities of the Job:

1. Must have the ability, skill set, qualifications, education, and licensure that are required for all the responsibilities this position must cover.
2. Must excel in communication (written & verbal), customer service and can work independently or as part of a team.
3. Must excel in prioritization, organization and multi-tasking while demonstrating attention to detail and follow through.
4. Can utilize critical thinking skills to identify issues, problem solve to logical conclusion, demonstrate initiative, and be responsible.
5. Arrive at workstation at designated start time, ready to begin work and support patient care.
6. Be a role model for all company policies, procedures, and directives.
7. Interact in a positive and constructive manner.
8. Demonstrate clinical skill and competency in ambulatory nursing.

*Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications/Work Experience:

• Three (3) years minimum of RN clinical nursing experience required.
• Two (2) year minimum of clinically relevant supervisory experience required.

Education/Licensure/Certification:

• AA or BA/BS degree required.
• Current RN license required.
• Current American Heart Association-issued BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• ONS Biotherapy/Chemotherapy Certification or Oncology Certified Nurse highly preferred.
