Part Time Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift Hours:

Part time availability between 0.5-0.7 FTE (20-28 hours/week), Day shift 8:00AM-4:30PM, 1 call evening each week, Every fourth weekend, and 1-2 holidays per year
Job Description:

Nurses use advanced clinical skills to provide skilled, short-term acute care services, engage with one patient at a time, and build trusted patient relationships.Travel to patient homes to conduct in home assessments and provide hands on care such as administration of IV medications, provide wound, Foley, and ostomy care.

Provide patient education and coaching to make a meaningful impact and improve patient outcomes.Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team and community resources to provide the best outcomes for patients.

Qualifications:


Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.

Wisconsin RN license required.

Valid Wisconsin driver's license in good standing and liability car insurance required.

Previous RN experience preferred.
