Job Description:

Robotic Process Automation Analyst needs 2 years experience coding .NET Applications in a business setting

Robotic Process Automation requires:
  • Minimum 1 year developing automation in a business setting with Automation Anywhere Enterprise Client in Windows 7 or Windows 10
  • Support role
  • Minimum 5 years' experience using Windows 7 in an enterprise business setting
  • Minimum 1 year experience using Windows 10
  • Minimum 1 year experience using Virtual Machines in a business setting (VMware, Citrix)
  • Minimum 1 year of Helpdesk or Product Support Experience
  • Minimum 1 year working on Agile Change Management Projects
  • Fundamental understanding of HTML/XML
  • Fundamental knowledge of IT Security Concepts
  • Fundamental knowledge of the SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
  • Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional
  • 1 year using 3270 Mainframes
  • 1 year experience coding Java Applications in a business setting
  • 1 year experience coding XML/HTML Applications in a business setting
  • 1 year creating/supporting WSDL queries
  • 1 year writing SQL queries and connecting to SQL Databases
  • 1 year writing Oracle queries and configuring ODBCs
  • 1 year writing SOAP/REST queries
  • 1 year scripting experience (VBS, Windows Batch, etc.) in a business setting
  • 1 year experience writing Automation Anywhere MetaBots

Robotic Process Automation duties:
  • Provide Tier 2 RPA Support via Phone, Email, Chat, or In Person
  • Manage Tier 2 RPA Support Request Tickets
  • Create RPA Solutions that apply best practices and security compliance
  • Assist new & experienced Developers with RPA Design Strategy
  • Identify/Design/Build/Test/Deploy RPA Solutions that automate support functions or improve end-user experience
