Insight Global is looking for a Senior Automation Analyst for a large manufacturing client. This person will be joining a marketing department and will be responsible for solving complex problems, streamlining processes, and optimizing efficiencies within their Customer Technology team. He/she will play a crucial part in designing, automating, and supporting their customers purchase order workflow through intelligent document processing solution. They will streamline the order intake and submission process to improve customer experience and achieve operational excellence.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in business analyst/ automation analyst role

Proven experience in intelligent automation & process optimization

Proficiency in automation tools and software, such as AI, robotic process automation (RPA) and workflow management systems (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Microsoft) , Machine learning

Formal training or certification in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) - (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, etc).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with Intelligent document processing

Experience working at an AI Vendor

BS Degree in computer science or related field or work experience

Formal training or certification in agile methodologies, backlog management, and operational support a strong plus

Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI) a plus.

Experience with process optimization methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) a plus.

Experience with construction, manufacturing, technology industries a plus
