Title: Sales Coordinator - College Sports Teams
Location: New York, NY *Onsite Mon-Fri*
Duration: 8+ months
Compensation: $25-$35/hr
Work Requirement: US Citizen, GC Holder, or Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Description:

• Develop key sales materials across the College Sports portfolio, inclusive of sales positioning, multimedia opportunities, and addressable opportunities.
• Develop and maintain various asset and pitch tracking grids for the assigned properties to ensure proper allocation for each program and all digital/social sponsorships.
• Scheduling and booking on-air and digital/social sponsorships across College Sports programming, including live events, studio shows, and digital/social handles.
• Provide support to the College Sports team in response to sales RFP's, through building custom decks and other sales collateral.
• Other assigned duties supporting the College Sports team such as recap emails and meeting notes.

Basic Qualification:

• 2-4 years of relevant sales coordinator experience.
• Comfortable with Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.
• Exceptional communication and organization skills.
• Ability to work 9a-6p EST

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in sports entertainment, ad agency/sales experience would be helpful.
• Subject matter interest in sports entertainment ad sales.
