The Position
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for making cold calls to potential clients, generating leads, and setting appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the SVP Enterprise Sales.

The Position

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate interest
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team to follow up on
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls made, appointments set, and sales opportunities generated
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position our products/services
- Focuses on prospecting, moving leads through the pipeline, and booking sales meetings.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales or cold calling
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
