Key job responsibilities

Enterprise Support Billing team is looking for a Custom Billing Analyst to support monthly operations of pricing and billing programs. The team member will partner with stakeholders to ensure participating customers realize intended benefits. An effective candidate will be a creative problem solver, committed to the team, and able to work around obstacles. The analyst will support customer inquiries and contribute toward immediate resolution as well as longer-term solutions. This team member will have an opportunity to innovate through process improvement and participate in cross-functional team initiatives.

Work with AWS customers to address billing issues and gather valuable feedback

Support monthly billing processes between multiple external and internal AWS teams by auditing billing data, providing data management, and pricing calculations

Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements

Actively seek solutions to business/customer needs and suggest innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience

Support recurring and ad hoc reporting for various internal/external stakeholders

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience

- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

- Working knowledge of SQL and Python

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $79,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
