Description

As a Sales Coordinator, you will support Granular's precision risk solution to provide self-funded employers with more predictable benefit plan protection. You are a builder, able to plan strategically for the benefit of the business, and you thrive in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the Account Managers, Regional Sales Directors, Analysts and Underwriting.
  • Identify critical paths and help the team prioritize and expedite responses to our partners. Support the team with timely reporting, using SFDC.
  • Gather valuable feedback from the field on pricing, market challenges, innovation and the competitive landscape to share with the appropriate departments within Coefficient.
  • Support the Regional Sales Directors and the Account Managers as they work to maintain well documented and up-to-date records on the prospects and Advisors in their territories.
  • Work closely with the Underwriting team to ensure they have what is needed to execute precision risk and to put Coefficient in the best position to win good business.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Demonstrated experience using SFDC.
  • Proficient with Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Understanding of health insurance and the healthcare marketplace.

  • Willingness to work within a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to have fun.


The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000 - $75,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
