* Part-Time Remote Role - 3 days per week
* Daily performs Quick Quote Estimates for customers and convert leads to sales.
* Daily solicits and closes sales by making phone calls to follow up and convert leads generated through proprietary Quick Quote Estimate tool.
* Daily order management with customers and multiple internal and external partners to address order questions, resolve issues and facilitate the order process in a timely manner.
* Excellent organizational and follow up skills. Able to consistently manage, follow up, and track information to close sales and projects and provide program feedback.
* Responsible for understanding, utilizing, and managing company applications i.e.; Proprietary Orders Portal, Quick Quote Estimator, POS system.
* Responsible for collecting customer payment, finalizing sales, tracking the appropriate paperwork and closing and delivering completed sales.
* Responsible for monitoring and communicating sample replenishment to Vendors for both stores and Product Review Center. Assists with creating, tracking and closing purchase orders for product for new stores or assortment changes for existing stores.
o Attend conference calls and training sessions to relay information to store teams.
o Maintain consistent communication with store teams to support company goals.
o Meet and exceed established goals.

Required Skills & Experience
* 2+ years of high-level customer service OR sales support experience -- over the phone (not in-person) -- not call center, nor reception
* Comfortable within Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Okay with working Part-Time only - 3 days per week
* Has to sit in EST
