Insight Global is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join a global Chemical Manufacturing client of ours in their Hyderabad, India office. This Salesforce Administrator is responsible for managing Salesforce platform (configuration, testing, maintenance, user inquiries management, SOX audit compliance). The scope for this role covers business requirements gathering, solution design, data migration, system testing, system documentation, product implementation, training, and end user support. In this role, Salesforce Administrator will partner with various functions across the organization and the Salesforce IT team to ensure steady-state support is in place to support commercial/business operations.

Main Responsibilities:
Daily administration and support of Salesforce u including data quality maintenance, troubleshooting support and implementation of enhanced functionalities.
Coordinate and perform system upgrades and product releases to ensure long-term platform sustainability.
Perform system configuration activities that include but not limited to approvals/flows, system errors, assignment/validation rules, sandbox configuration, data management, tickets resolution, etc.
Continuously strive to bring new solutions and tweaks to existing features to improve productivity and support work take-out initiatives within Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud/CPQ.
Work with external vendors, third party providers and developers as part of product support functions.
Create and maintain process and system-related documentation. Provide trainings to business stakeholders on Sales Cloud/CPQ/Service Cloud functionalities.
Partner with business and Information Technology (IT) teams to prioritize project implementations, ensuring timelines, communication and requirements are met effectively.
Support with projects pipeline management and ad-hoc reporting to deliver metrics on commercial performance to help identify key areas for improvement opportunities.

- Certified Salesforce admin
- 3-4 years of Salesforce administration experience
- Experience with Salesforce Flows
- Experience in Pricing, Opportunity/Pipeline, and Service Processes within Salesforce
- Experience with Salesforce access management and object management
- Salesforce CPQ experience
- Salesforce service cloud and sales cloud experience
- Demonstrated ability to support Salesforce end u with user management and issue resolution
