Responsible for the advanced configuration, maintenance, and support of Salesforce platform. Collaborate with various teams to ensure the efficient operation of Salesforce and play a key role in optimizing workflows and processes. Work with Salesforce Architect to determine and implement best practices regarding our Salesforce platform.

This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to report and work from the office three days a week. Therefore, interested candidates should be within a 50-minute radius from Temple, TX.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Function as lead administrator of the salesforce products.
  • Perform system configuration and customization to meet business requirements.
  • Offer guidance on adhering to best practices in Salesforce.
  • Perform system configuration and customization to meet business requirements.
  • Design, evaluate and implement advanced Salesforce solutions.
  • Create and manage profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
  • Customize and maintain page layouts, fields, and data validation rules.
  • Optimize processes and lead large-scale projects.
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing users to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce features.
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain data integrity through data cleansing and deduplication activities.
  • Perform regular data audits and implement data quality best practices.
  • Perform in data migration activities as needed.
  • Design and implement record-triggered and screen Flows.
  • Experience designing and creating CRM Analytics (Salesforce Analytics, Einstein Reporting) reports.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot workflow issues, providing timely resolutions.
  • Build and customize reports and dashboards to meet the reporting needs of various departments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and business analysts to precisely articulate requirements and implement solutions.
  • Lead training sessions and document processes for our business owners and provide guidance to other teammates.
  • Apex Coding experience is a plus.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Direct experience with Salesforce administration. Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce configuration and support.
  • Two or more years of Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Proficient in Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder and Flow.
  • Experience with Salesforce API integration.
  • Experience with tableau or tableau integration into Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices.
  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, and workflows.
  • Experience with user management, security settings, and data management tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with end-users and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and manage expectations with demanding business owners.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Experience gaining business adoption for new processes and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Ability to provide after hour support in critical situations.
  • Experience with Agile project methodologies.
