Job description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Engagement Manager to join our dynamic consulting team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce solutions, excellent project management skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. The Salesforce Engagement Manager will be responsible for overseeing Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry best practices.
•Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
•Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients on Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
•Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track project progress against milestones.
•Coordinate and manage project resources, including internal teams and external partners.
•Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues or concerns.
•Ensure high-quality deliverables by conducting thorough reviews and quality assurance checks.
•Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
•Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
•Provide post-implementation support and ensure a smooth transition to the client's internal teams.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementation and project management.
•Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, or Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant are highly desirable.
•Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Community Cloud.
•Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects on time and within budget.
•Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
•Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor.
•Experience with Agile project management methodologies is a plus.
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
•Experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics and other AI tools.
•Knowledge of integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and middleware platforms.
•Familiarity with data migration and data management best practices.
