Salesforce Technical Analyst

Insight Global is looking to add a Salesforce Technical Analyst to our clients team. This person will be responsible for supporting an existing Salesforce team focusing on sales operations and sales cloud. The main responsibility of this person will be to create solution design documents to interface with developers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate with have a strong technical aptitude and a background with salesforce administration tasks such as workflows, reports, and configuration support. This role is open to remote candidates.

2+ years experience as a Technical Analyst
Experience documenting requirements
Background as a Salesforce Administrator or with Salesforce administration
Strong technical aptitude within Salesforce & the ability to maneuver within the system
Salesforce Certifications
