Job Title: Salesforce Technical Lead

Job Type: Contract

Job Location: 6501 Six Forks Road, Raleigh, NC 27615

Work Schedule: On-site

Pay rate: $67.45-$71

Monday to Friday 9am-5pm EST, hybrid, 3 days per week in Raleigh office

"We are looking for 6 month contract to hire.
Salesforce Technical Lead - Annual salary if hired will be about $125 with another 15% bonus paid annually. Conversion based on performance. We are not open to visa sponsorship at this time so it should only be candidates that are able to work in the US without sponsorship.

Job Description:
Designing, developing, and integrating software solutions on Salesforce.com.
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, integrations, and data migrations, to meet business requirements.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for optimal solution architecture.
- Define and document technical specifications, solution design documents, and data models.
- provide technical leadership and mentorship to development team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Define and document technical specifications, solution design documents, and data models.
- Collaborate with other developers to build maintainable, testable, and efficient systems
- Continue to grow as a developer, staying well-informed about best practices and new functionality on the Force.com platform.
- Actively participate in design and sprint planning sessions, offering relevant solutions and input.
- Mentor junior software engineers and perform code reviews."

"Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform and development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer I Certifications"
