Master Job Title :ERP: SAP Functional

- Purpose: Responsible for the Day to Day functional support of the SAP MM and PM Modules
Primary Functions:
- Providing production support by performing daily monitoring tasks, maintaining system configurations, identifying process gaps, and implementing process improvements
- Assisting customers with help desk tickets that range from researching and resolving break/fix issues, updating the system with configuration changes, and providing "how-to" type guidance
- Working with analysts in other support roles to resolve sophisticated issues and building out future enhancement opportunities
- Understanding customer requirements and validating functional specifications with the business
- Understanding the integration and functionality of other modules within the ERP landscape
- Creating functional design specifications and training documentation
- Planning and performing system change and upgrade testing
- Identifying and driving innovation, standardization, and standard methodology opportunities

Basic/Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years SAP MM functional support experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oil & Gas Business Experience in Supply Chain, and/or Operations
Organizational Reporting Lines:
- Reports to Supervisor, ERP Operations & Supply Chain
