Position Title: SAP Supply Chain Contractor

• Purpose: Responsible for the Day to Day functional support of the SAP MM and PM Modules

Primary Functions:

• Providing production support by performing daily monitoring tasks, maintaining system configurations, identifying process gaps, and implementing process improvements
• Assisting customers with help desk tickets that range from researching and resolving break/fix issues, updating the system with configuration changes, and providing "how-to" type guidance
• Working with analysts in other support roles to resolve sophisticated issues and building out future enhancement opportunities
• Understanding customer requirements and validating functional specifications with the business
• Understanding the integration and functionality of other modules within the ERP landscape
• Creating functional design specifications and training documentation
• Planning and performing system change and upgrade testing
• Identifying and driving innovation, standardization, and standard methodology opportunities

Basic/Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years SAP MM functional support experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oil & Gas Business Experience in Supply Chain, and/or Operations

Organizational Reporting Lines:

• Reports to Supervisor, ERP Operations & Supply Chain

Required Skills : Functional understanding of SAP SCM and MM Understanding of the Purchase to Pay or Procure to Pay process Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 SAP ECC experience
