Demonstrates intimate-level abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in consulting, designing, implementing and leading SAP Supply Chain consulting engagements, including the following areas:
- Leading SAP Supply Chain implementations from planning through go-live;
- Exhibiting knowledge of Supply Chain planning and that process's functional integration with financial planning, detailed scheduling, sales, and manufacturing execution;
- Designing, building, and deploying SAP IBP; including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Designing, implementing, and supporting the integration of the SAP IBP solution with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), MM, PP, LE, WM, and/or eWM;
- Identifying and addressing client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating a broad range of Firm services;
- Leveraging ability to bridge across functions, specifically Sales and Finance, creating solutions that tear down functional silos;
- Managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues;
- Creating a positive environment by monitoring workloads of the team while meeting client expectations and respecting the work-life quality of team members;
- Providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues;
- Driving work to establish business requirements are met; and,
- Performing duties as a project leader including monitoring project issues and escalations.
