The Painter is a Grade C Operator. This position requires the ability to work out problems with only general direction. Little direct supervision should be required. This position requires the attained skill of a craftsman. The painter mixes and applies paint by disc, handgun, or other method and sets up equipment as required by quality level and other methods as required.
