The Tool & Die Trainee is a Grade C Operator. This position requires the ability to work out problems with only general direction. Little direct supervision should be required. This position requires the attained skill of a craftsman. Advancement from the Tool & Die Trainee position to a Grade E, Class 1 Apprentice position will be based on qualifications established by the company.
