Arcadia New England Home Care is recruiting an experienced home health care scheduler to add to our corporate team. This position will support all office activities, including:

- Assisting with field staff and patient scheduling.
- Answering phones and client relations.
- Assisting with recruiting, hiring and training of field staff in coordination with overall company efforts and requirements.
- Assisting with client case opens in accordance with authorizations.
- Supporting quality assurance, and audit and field staff supervisory regulatory requirements.
- Coordinating with billing and accounts receivable department to ensure accurate billing and on-time payment for services.
- Organizing employee and client files and assisting with human resources.

- High impact communication skills; both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
