SAIC is seeking a Scrum Master Business Analyst to support our Cloud One Common Computing Environment (CCE) program under the Air Force Lifecycle Management Center Office for Network Integration (AFLCMC/HNI). Cloud One is an existing global, interconnected, virtualized, hybrid, and IT infrastructure hosting mission systems, applications, services, and data that will serve the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and U.S. Army (USA). Cloud One incorporates the capabilities of commercial cloud and Managed Service Providers (MSP) residing in Cloud Service Providers (CSPs). Cloud One facilitates the USAF and USA's efforts to migrate applications to a cloud environment, allowing the closure of data centers to support the Data Center Optimization Initiative (DCOI) and allowing for increased efficiencies across the entire spectrum of the USAF and USA's IT operations. The candidate will work with the Cloud CSP's (Oracle - OCI, Amazon - AWS, Microsoft - Azure, and Google - GCP) teams to develop and maintain consistent Sprint activities.
This position is 100% remote.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design develop, and document, standardized Sprint Planning processes and implementation activities consistently across all CSP's or update existing documentation and processes.
- Conduct analysis and collaborate with each Cloud CSP subject matter expert in the planning, design, development, and utilization of electronic data processing systems for information storage, processing, presentation, manipulation, display, or reporting. Available tools (Jira, ServiceNow) are currently use, for delivery and reporting for Scrum activities.
- Determine computer user needs; analyze system capabilities to resolve problems on program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques and controls; prepare operating instructions; design and develop autonomous services, desktop applications, web applications, scripts, and utility programs.
- Responsible for team Sprint/Scrum delivery, ensuring technical development across a seasoned, diverse teams are unified, synchronized, transparent, approved, tested, accepted, and sustainable.
- Support the daily application development, training, testing, RMF, PMO, dashboards and Operations/Maintenance through industry-standard workshops or "ceremonies" used by the Cloud CSP teams.
- Thorough hands-on review and revision (grooming) of backlogs (work descriptions) that comprise the workflow.
- Ensure quality delivery through exceptional attention to detail in the delivery documentation (Jira Stories) and the team's accurate use of the scrum process to deliver quality quickly, predictably and within the PI roadmap.
- The role supports the overarching Lean/Agile Release O&S Cloud teams, and as such, must be highly-adept in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe),with deep skills as an SM supporting a large, complex delivery enterprise (Agile Release Train).
- Through constant review of backlog, the Scrum Master ensures upcoming sprints attain the defined goals of the Release, and of the Program Increment, adapting to new work only with public, transparent compromise on removal of capacity (work) to accommodate the new work.
- Manage the processes that yield completed/tested stories throughout the duration of a sprint, which in turn supports the delivery roadmap for the PI.
- Improve interactions and team dynamics; and facilitate team ceremonies, planning sessions, sprint retrospectives.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years experience; Master's degree and three (3) years experience
- Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- Interim Secret clearance required to start; Ability to obtain a Secret clearance required to maintain employment
- US citizenship required
- Agile, Scrum, SAFe, DevOps, CISSP, certification
- SMAC or CSM certification
- Five (5) years experience in lieu of certification may be accepted
- Experience guiding complex teams in project development efforts
- Experience working with Agile development teams
- Experience conducting and facilitating status and planning meetings
- Experience working with government customers to execute all objectives
- LSS/GB or greater, or two (2) years experience in a Quality/Continuous Improvement role
- One (1) year verifiable experience as a Scrum Master
- SAFe Scrum Master on a complex DoD or IC technical enterprise
- Experience with DevSecOps
- Experience working on DoD contract teams
- Security + certification
