SDET- Software Developer Engineer Test - Senior

Introduction
We are seeking a Senior SDET to join our Retail Onboarding and Activation team. This role focuses on enhancing the account opening process, reducing time to market, and increasing efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Implement test practices, standards, and processes.
• Troubleshoot test issues, record results, and track and prioritize defects.
• Ensure automation runs smoothly and reports failures promptly.
• Implement Automated Unit Tests, Testing Automation, and publish Testing Metrics.
• Collaborate with Product Teams, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters on project plans, testing schedules, and metrics.

Mandatory Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts.
• Expertise with Selenium WebDriver, Protractor, and Webdriver.IO.
• Experience with Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) using Gherkin (e.g., Cucumber).
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices (Jenkins, Bamboo, GIT).
• Experience in Agile Development.
• Proficiency in exploratory testing practices.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Zephyr, or HPQ for bug logging and test case management.
• Hands-on experience with Web services virtualization.

Desired Skills

• Experience working in a Matrix environment.
• Banking/financial industry experience is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
