Location: Nashville (100% onsite)

Hours: 8 am- 5 pm Monday-Friday

Seasonal: 10/28/2024-12/20/2024

Job responsibilities of the Seasonal Customer Service Specialist:
  • Answer inbound calls from customers
  • Process orders
  • Respond to issues customers may have with their order
  • Track the status of shipments
  • Data entry
  • Pull reports


Qualifications for the Seasonal Customer Service Representative:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook and Salesforce
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • The ability to multi-task with attention to detail in a fast paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience
