Secret Cleared System Administrator

AN employer based in Boulder, CO is looking for a Secret Cleared Linux/VMWare System Administrator to join their growing government contract specific team. This person will be working on a proprietary system working towards completion and delivery to the customer. This system has many tasks that require SA types of support including assisting in assist in the implementation and development of current and new technologies such as VMware, RHEL 7/8 (many associated system types such as idm, Ansible, Satellite, etc.), Backup solutions, Network File Systems (NFS), Risk Management Framework (STIG hardening of various system types), documentation, etc.

This is a small, federal contracting company based in Boulder, CO. This person will be expected to be on site 4-5 days a week with the ability for some remote flexibility. This is a permanent, full time role and is posted at $115,000-$165,000/year based on experience level and technical aptitude.

Required Skills & Experience

Active DoD Secret Clearance (Can hold higher if needed)

Redhat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Required skillset (strong knowledge and experience)

VMware (vCenter, Host Client, vSphere, ESXi)

DISA/RMF STIG on various platforms (focus on Linux)

General understanding or better of networking concepts (subnetting, VLANs, L2/L3, etc.)

Bash and Ansible scripting (Ansible is the primary)

Sec+ certification required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

RHEL/Linux certifications (preferred)
