Insight Global is looking to hire Cleared Network Engineers to support a defense contract in Fort Meade, MD. This candidate would be joining a team responsible for the network and media project support in the lab spaces of the defense customer. Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Upgrade and troubleshoot Cisco and Juniper routers, switches, and other equipment

Evaluate the existing local network and provide recommendations, plans, and designs to enhance network and telecommunication systems.

Assess and execute test cases, test plans, test reports and implementation plans.

Collaborate with other technical personnel and stakeholders to analyze solutions, provide updates, and create documentation

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of technical experience in Network Engineering

Ability to perform and execute test cases in a lab based environment

Knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting routing protocols including BGP, MPLS, and OSPF

Clearance: Interim Secret (Minimum) and can cage up to Top Secret

Certifications: IAT Level 2 (CompTIA SEC+ preferred)
