Our client, a management consulting firm, is looking for a Training & Development Specialist to join their team in support of a government customer. This person will be responsible for managing all instructional materials for this customer. Primary responsibilities are below:
* Create, upgrade, and revise instructional training materials in support of business objectives
* Identify program strengths and weaknesses and work with cross-departmental teams to meet company and program standards
* Coordinate with program staff and the federal government to develop, update, and revise existing materials for the use of training presentations

* Bachelor's degree
* Active Secret clearance OR DHS Suitability
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Prior DHS experience
