Responsibilities

About This Position

Performs secretarial duties and maintains files and records of the department. Under direct supervision of director of Plant Operations maintains files and P.M. Records; receives and dispatches all work orders to include Preventative Maintenance Work Orders. Orders and receives all dept supplies. Duties and responsibilities may be added deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management formally or informally either verbally or in writing.

Qualifications

Selection Criteria
  • One-year previous clerical and /or secretarial experience.
  • Demonstrates proficiency use of Google Suite.
  • Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.
  • Possess decision-making skills. Ability to follow through with appropriate actions as situation warrants.
  • Able to work well with other departments and visitors in friendly and effective manners. Able to prioritize simultaneous situations.
  • Must possess a valid California Drivers License.
