Responsibilities:

Are you ready to be a technical leader in PKI as part of a diverse global team? We have an immediate opening for an individual who possesses a technical background as a PKI professional. We are passionate about developing and delivering best in class security operations. The threat landscape is significant, ever expanding, and challenging to stay in front of. Experience managing PKI services and cryptographic devices is a critical success factor to overcoming them. We set the bar for security of our PKI operations very high. Maintaining our security standards to meet certification audits is challenging. We need individuals with significant security engineering skills to help us meet these challenges. Using scripting tools such as PowerShell to automate software deployment and environment configuration is a key element of success. Additionally, one will also need to demonstrate soft skills like attention to details, following explicit security procedures, high integrity, discretion, and collaboration. Responsibilities include: Operate PKI services for roots, CAs and certificates throughout their lifecycle. Deploy, initiate, and manage PKI hardware and supporting assets. Support business continuity and disaster recovery exercises. Participate in Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) on-call rotation. Perform technical analysis and security engineering activities. Automate processes using scripting and other methods to support PKI services. Support secure facility maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

Required/Minimum Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cyber security, anomaly detection, Security Operations Center (SOC) detection, threat analytics, security incident and event management (SIEM), information technology (IT), and operations incident response
o OR Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
  • Citizenship & Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions. Specifically, this position supports United States federal, state, and/or local government agency customers and is subject to certain citizenship-based restrictions where required or permitted by applicable law. To meet this legal requirement, and as a condition of employment, the successful candidate's citizenship will be verified with a valid passport.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in software development lifecycle, large-scale computing, modeling, cyber security, and anomaly detection
o OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
  • CISSP, CISA, CISM, SANS, GCIA, GCIH, OSCP, and/or Security+ certification.
  • Technical proficiency with computer network infrastructure.
  • Proficient troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
  • Experience with WebTrust certification audits.
  • Experience with physical security operations standards (e.g. ICS-705TS, NIST).
  • US government security clearance.
Security Operations Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $98,300 - $193,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $127,200 - $208,800 per year.
