Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical client is looking for experienced, empathetic, and hard-working professionals for a Customer Service Reps to join their REMOTE TEAM!

Position: Customer Service Representative Pay: $16/hr. with WEEKLY PAY plus Benefits Expected Start Date: August

Location: Remote in AZ/GA/TX/FL/UT

Must be able to accept any 8 hour shift assigned between the hours of operation:
  • 5am-6pm MST
  • 7am-7pm CST
  • 8am-8pm EST

**Most likely will have a closing shift.

** Must be able to work Saturday as part of the five-day work week. If assigned a Saturday shift, you will receive another scheduled day off during the week.

Job Details:
  • Answer inbound calls with occasional outbound calls, first point of contact.
  • Positive customer service experience, no selling, or collections.
  • Start the Patient's Case by collecting critical patient demographic data and info.
  • Calls are based on the Pharmaceutical being serviced within the department.
  • Use computer knowledge and skills for data entry.
  • Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
  • All equipment provided.
  • Temp-To-Hire based on performance and attendance**

Job Requirements:
  • At least one year of recent call center experience is required. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays if assigned a weekend shift.
  • Medical call center experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must have active internet service and the ability to work from home in quiet space.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task while using dual monitors.
  • Must have great work ethic AND attitude with willingness to assist others.
  • HS Diploma/Equivalent is required.
  • Must be able to commit to no additional days off (outside of regularly scheduled days off) during first 90 days.
