Our Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical client is looking for experienced, empathetic, and hard-working professionals for a Medical Customer Service Agent to join their REMOTE TEAM!

Currently interviewing for Mid-August Start Date!

Position: Medical Customer Service Agent Pay: $16/hr. with WEEKLY PAY plus Benefits

Schedule: 8am-10pm EST MON-FRI. (8hr shift will be assigned between these hours)

Start Date: Mid-August and September 2024

Location: Remote in AZ/GA/TX/FL/UT/KY (Will be working on Eastern Time Zone schedule)

Job Details:
  • Answer inbound calls with occasional outbound calls.
  • Provide great customer service and empathy to all patients.
  • Use computer knowledge and skills for data entry.
  • Gather and review patient medical and billing accounts and information.
  • Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program.
  • Work with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient.
  • All equipment provided!
  • Temp-To-Hire based on performance and attendance**

Job Requirements:
  • At least one year of recent call center experience is required. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • Medical call center experience is a plus but not required.
  • Must have active internet service and the ability to work from home in quiet space.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task while using dual monitors.
  • Must have great work ethic AND attitude with willingness to assist others.
  • HS Diploma/Equivalent is required.
  • All applicants must live in the state of Arizona, Georgia, Texas, Utah, or Kentucky to be considered for this role.
