Senior Accountant / Financial Analyst

System One is assisting a company in Owasso with a search for a Senior Accountant. This position will work with others who excel in their areas of expertise. The Senior Accountant will provide accounting and analysis for various entities and partnership groups.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the month-end close process preparing balance sheet account reconciliations and variance analysis for the income statement accounts. Explain and resolve any issues identified
• Review project cost ledgers ensuring accurate coding and comparing to budgeted amounts
• Assist with the preparation of annual and periodic budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare and record recurring and adjusting journal entries ensuring accuracy of the financial statements
• Generate the monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Reporting packages
• Assist with onboarding new entities
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of accounting/financial analysis experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
• Team player who works well across the organization
• Able to prioritize work and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Excel and Word and comfortable with computer systems
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task working within multiple entities
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

Salary: $70K - $80K
