Addison Group, in partnership with our non-profit client based in Reseda is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract-hire, 3-6 months) to join their team.

Job Site Status (onsite/hybrid/remote) - This job will be performed on site in Reseda.

Compensation/Benefits - Hourly compensation ranges from $30-$33/hr, depending on qualifications. After 60 days of employment, there is eligibility for standard benefits such as Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and 401K. If converted to a permanent employee, salary ranges from $65,000-$70,000.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Leading the full cycle Accounts Payable process
• Utilizing Excel Pivot Tables & VLOOKUPS for percentages, allocations and formatting
• Processing 500-600 invoices weekly
• Performing ACH wire transfers, weekly check-runs & setting up new vendors
• Performing 3-way-match
• Processing 1099's and assisting with month-end and year-end close

REQUIREMENTS
• 2+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience
• Proficient in Excel (strong understanding of Pivot Tables & V-Lookups )
• Prior experience utilizing Oracle ERP Cloud is highly preferred, but not required
• Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable processing procedure
• Having processed at least 500 invoices per-week
• Strong and effective communicator, problem-solver attitude
• A willingness to hit the ground running & start immediately!
