Working with the Program Director, Medical Director and Nurse Director to oversee administrative support services, including:

  1. Answering phones and triage to appropriate person. Must use judgment in assessing seriousness of call
  2. Greeting patients and visitors - directing to appropriate place
  3. Timekeeper for weekly and monthly employees resolving payroll problems
  4. Schedules ECT/TMS/ketamine consultations and coordinates evaluation process with Internal Medicine
  5. Verifies patient insurance eligibility for ECT/TMS/Ketamine
  6. Manages workqueues and back end verification in EPIC to assure appropriate registration, scheduling and billing information.
  7. Collects clinical information from patient's chart as well as review with ECT/TMS/ketamine physicians for clinical review with managed care insurance carrier
  8. Supervises other front desk staff and manages scheduling.
  9. Manages requests for medical records in compliance with hospital policy
  10. Manages schedule for ECT/TMS/Ketamine and physicians and admin staff and works with program manager to assure staffing complement
  11. Contributes to the development of the annual budget.


Qualifications

HS graduate; college degree in administration/business desired.

Experience as front desk/administrative support staff, experience in insurance pre-authorization, scheduling, oversight of staff
