The Senior Analyst, Commercial Process Innovation, will support US Sales by strengthening end-to-end capabilities and expanding partnerships to drive overall net wearer growth. This individual plays a critical role, in serving as an unbiased, customer ambassador, bridging the gap between commercial partners through collaborative creation and implementation of insights-based, customer-centric solutions for an integrated commercial experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial Experience Design and Execution


The Senior Analyst, Commercial Process Innovation will have the responsibility of supporting comprehensive commercial processes and improving the customer journey. They will identify and prioritize important touchpoints to enhance the commercial experience through process enhancements. This includes building strong relationships with key teams like Operations, Marketing, Sales Training, Invoice-to-Cash, Tax, and Customer Service. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with these teams to implement solutions and address important issues. They will also help communicate process improvements to the Sales team through various channels like sales bulletins, national/regional/district calls, in-person events, and training. The Senior Analyst will also track and measure the impact of improvements to ensure key performance indicators are met.

  • Innovation Launch


The Senior Analyst, Commercial Process Innovation will play a crucial role in unlocking new partnerships and differentiated experiences through the execution of new technologies and digital innovations. This includes the implementation of new e-commerce capabilities, practice management system integrations, new practice reward experiences, professional website functionalities, and more.

  • Customer Insights and Analytics


Using internal and external customer insights and analytics, the Senior Analyst will identify growth opportunities and improve approaches based on their knowledge. They will prioritize resources effectively to drive success.

  • Commercial Vendor Support


The Senior Analyst will serve as an integral partner in commercial vendor relationships. They will participate in routine meetings and shape and improve vendor processes to deliver a seamless experience to accounts and field communication.

  • Strategic Account Partnership


Partnering with strategic accounts and the practice solutions team, the Senior Analyst will contribute to the expansion of ACUVUE® loyalty offerings to new customers. They will establish new onboarding, adoption, and maintenance approaches based on unique customer dynamics.

  • Account Administration


The Senior Analyst will provide comprehensive support to accounts by addressing inquiries within their scope in a timely manner. They will collaborate with different departments to ensure that inquiries beyond their scope are properly transferred, and business concerns are resolved. The Senior Analyst will also help maintain a complete customer profile in internal CRM systems.

  • Pilot Support and Execution


The Senior Analyst will support and activate identified pilots in partnership with internal teams. This will create joint value and establish a foundation for future scale-up.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree is required


Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum of two (2) years of work experience, across marketing, operations, sales, or technology preferred, with a proven record of accomplishment of delivering business results
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage complex tasks, are essential for this role. We also value individuals who excel in building positive relationships and effectively express themselves both in writing and verbally.


Preferred:

  • Experience with Tableau, Salesforce, Excel, or other sales excellence analytics and reporting systems
  • Experience with process mapping software and tools preferred (Whiteboard, Mural, Vizio)
  • Experience in project management

The Senior Analyst will focus their efforts on areas of maximum impact

  • This role is based in Jacksonville, FL and will require travel of up to15%
  • Must attend district, region, national meetings (virtual/in-person)
