Global Commercial Services (GCS) is the global leader in payment solutions for Small, Medium (SME) and Global and Large (G&L) enterprises. The Corporate Solutions team within Global Commercial Products is responsible for developing and managing a suite of corporate payment and spend enablement solutions uniquely differentiated through innovative benefits, features and partnerships underpinned by seamless digital experiences.
As the corporate payments ecosystem rapidly evolves, we are committed to maintaining our leadership position. As such, we've created a new Corporate Program Product Management organization to support all core corporate payment products including corporate cards, central billing solutions (Business Travel Account - BTA), and virtual cards. The team will spearhead the creation of best-in-class payment experiences and capabilities meeting the evolving needs of G&L and US MM customers.
This critical team member will be a centralized content analyst for the core Corporate Products team. The ideal candidate will become a subject matter expert on all core Corporate Products, including Corporate Card, BTA and Virtual Payments, to develop internal and external facing product content and facilitate the review process through the Field Resource Center (FRC).

- Create and maintain corporate product handbooks including internal and external facing documentation of product features
- Partnering with compliance partners to improve the content submission process through the Field Resource Center
- Deliver updates to customer notifications and terms and conditions
- Support activities around PRSA management and third party lifecycle management
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in product operations, product management or project management
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Strong presence with the ability to collaborate across large cross functional teams
- Attention to detail
- Positive, flexible, and grace under pressure
- Bachelor's degree
- Occasional travel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Governance or Compliance
- Content management experience
